dort angekommen, habe ich gleich mal so eine tasche wie oben ergattert und beim gewinnspiel mitgemacht. zunächst habe ich mir mal einen überblick über die halle gemacht und nur geschaut. ach, da glitzerten meine äuglein. natürlich wegen der stoffe, aber noch viel mehr wegen den preisen.
das ist meine ausbeute von heute. ich hätte mir natürlich gerne noch viel mehr mitgenommen, aber ich wollte den rahmen meines budgets nicht sprengen. nächstes mal dann.
also wenn wieder ein stoffmarkt in meiner nähe ist, werde ich auf jeden fall dort zu finden sein. und wieder 'ne frage oder zwei für die näherinnen unter euch: wieviel von einem stoff kauft ihr euch meistens? und, wascht ihr alle stoffe vor dem verarbeiten?
the first time at a fabric fair
today i was the first time ever at a fabric fair. i often read about them on blogs. but i never heard about them here in austria. you just can imagine how happy i was when i heard that there'll be a fair, in fact four, in austria. when i got there first i got the orange bag. first of all i took a look at the whole fair. i was just watching. i tell you, i got shining eyes. not only because of the fabrics, also because of the prices.*last picture: this is what i brought home today. i would have spent a lot more but i had a certain budget. i buy more next time.
